Physical Items

We offer a 30-day return policy on physical items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

    Unused and in original condition
    In original packaging with tags
    Accompanied by proof of purchase

Digital Items

Digital items are non-refundable.

However, if a digital product does not work as intended, you may request an exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect physical item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

For physical items, the fastest way to get an exchange is to return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.
